In an ever changing world, it is easy to forget things, deny who said what, afraid to step forward, inadvertently forget to give credit to whom credit is due or outright lie about things. DocuTrail© is created to establish verifiable evidence, clarify things by making the line of originality and responsibility a little less confusing. You now have a way to support your story.

Do not allow anyone to make you look like a liar or like you’ve lost your mind. Provide facts with believable evidence including timeline and authenticity only technology can provide. Our primary goal is to help people eliminate unnecessary misunderstanding and argument by establishing the truth in a chronological order.

Think of DocuTrail as a digital vault of verifiable information. DocuTrail could come from any of the following:

  4. On the day of the meeting, agenda is distributed to those in attendance
  5. Discussion begins according to the items on your agenda
  6. Someone begin recording what is known as minute of meeting. Some of what is being recorded in the minute of meeting includes:
    1. The subject discussed
    2. What is discussed by those in attendance – you record this to reveal the name of those who said whatever
    3. Did anyone in the meeting make a motion to accept any specific subject?
    4. Was the motion ever accepted and adopted – if so, by whom? This is to say that the motion is seconded
  7. Once the meeting is over, you take everything along with any other document shared including photos and possibly videos and keep them in the vault known as DocuTrail for future reference

  5. Questions are answered to help reduce ambiguity and misunderstanding
  6. You record everything and make reference to any document created or shared. You notated:
    1. The subject discussed
    2. Ultimate goal
    3. Further clarification is provided
    4. Agreement is reached
    5. Implementation begins
  7. Once the meeting is over, you record everything that was discussed along with any document shared and you keep them in DocuTrail for future reference.
